KingPH Review Philippines 2026: Licence Check, Games & Payments

KingPH (King.PH, about 550,000 searches a month in our keyword sheet) was once on PAGCOR's list. We compared the current register with PAGCOR's older lists and its public statements about the operator.

We have no relationship with KingPH. Domains are plain text because the brand is no longer in the current PAGCOR register.

Licence check: PAGCOR register result

Current register (as of October 8, 2026): no match for “king.ph”, “kingph”, “World Platinum” or “WPTI”, and King.PH is not on pagcorguarantee.ph. Older PAGCOR lists differ. The list “as of 18 March 2025” names World Platinum Technologies, Inc. (WPTI) with “King Casino” and domains including king.ph and www.king.com.ph. PAGCOR's December 2025 brand list still shows WPTI with main brand “King” and sub-brands such as LuckyKing and QueenKing.

In July 2026 PAGCOR told the trade publication AGB that “World Platinum Technologies Inc. is no longer an accredited Gaming System Administrator (GSA) of PAGCOR, as its GSA accreditation has already been cancelled in April 2026.” AGB reported undisclosed regulatory violations as the reason. Even so, the KING.PH listing on Apple's App Store (developer “World Platinum”) still says its games are “licensed and regulated by PAGCOR”.

What the site offers

We could not read the King.PH site itself. www.king.ph returned a Cloudflare “you have been blocked” page to both of our test browsers on October 24, 2026. Everything below comes from the App Store listing and is not verified on the site. It mentions slots such as Super Ace and Halo Halo, plus Drop Ball, Tongits, Pusoy and Color Game. Offers named there are a “170% First Deposit Bonus”, “Up to 1% Deposit Cashback” and a “Daily Slots Tournament” with a “₱200 million grand prize” fronted by actor Richard Gutierrez.

Payments, withdrawals, app & support

Payment methods, limits and support channels are not verified because the site was blocked to us. The iOS app carries an 18+ store age rating, while PAGCOR's minimum is 21. On Google Play, “King PH:Casino Pagcor” comes from RUBY AEK LIMITED, a UK company, and describes itself as for fun only. It is not the King.PH app. kingph.one, kingph.asia and kingph.bet are lookalike sites, not the brand.

What to verify before depositing

1. Search the brand and the exact domain on the PAGCOR register page, using the latest PDF. A listing from last year can be gone today.
2. Treat logos, “certificates” and foreign licences as unverified until you find them in the issuer's own register.
3. Note which domain you are on; mirrors and redirects hide who holds your money.
4. Prefer official store apps over APK files and iOS configuration profiles.

Our hands-on check of KingPH: what we actually saw

This KingPH review is built on our own first-hand check, not on copied affiliate text. On October 24, 2026 a 44jl editor opened the KingPH domains below in a phone-size browser, read the public pages and terms, searched the Apple App Store and Google Play, and looked up KingPH in PAGCOR’s register. Our browser connects from outside the Philippines, so some KingPH pages showed us a block screen — we report that as the result instead of filling gaps with claims from look-alike sites.
