Licence check: PAGCOR register result
We searched the PAGCOR register text (as of October 8, 2026) for “fb777”, “fb 777” and “fb7”. No match. The nearest entry, FBM (fbmplay.ph and related domains), is a different brand. FB777 is not on pagcorguarantee.ph or on PAGCOR's reported-websites notice.
The About Us page at bf-039.club says “the current operator has a legally registered gaming company in Costa Rica”. It gives no company name and no licence number. The ticker adds, in Filipino, that FB777 has been honoured by “the world's leading online gaming authority”, without naming it. None of this can be checked.
What the site offers
fb777.com forwards to bf-039.club. The lobby ticker gives FB777.CENTER as the “easy to remember” address and lists ten more “latest” domains (bf-003.club to bf-099.club). It also says some members cannot reach the site because of “unstable international DNS” and tells them to install the 1.1.1.1 app and reload. That is advice for getting around blocking.
Menus are Slot, Fish Hunter, Cockfighting, Live Casino, Card Games, Sportsbooks and Lottery. There are about 37 slot provider labels (JILI, PG, PP, JDB, CQ9, KA, FC and others), and live tables come from EVO, SA, DG, WM, ViA and others. Featured titles include Super Ace, Fortune Gems 2 and Mahjong Ways 2. The ticker promises ₱27 for joining the Telegram channel and downloading the app, an instant rebate (0.7% on slots, 1.0% on fishing, 0.5% on live, cards, sports and sabong) and a VIP club from 30,000 points of valid bets.
Payments, withdrawals, app & support
Public pages set deposits at ₱100–₱100,000 through a bank or “third-party channel”, and withdrawals at ₱100–₱50,000 to a Philippine bank or G-CASH. Maya and USDT are not mentioned. Like the 55BMW and NN777 lobbies, the withdrawal page reserves the right to charge 50% of the deposit as an “administrative fee” plus ₱50 if you have not wagered 100% of it. Support is “Online Chat” and the Telegram channel t.me/FB777_Official77. The app is an Android APK (FB777-260810.apk) or an iOS profile. A “Simulated Gambling” app named “fb777 slots casino onlinegcash” on Google Play could not be tied to this site.
