Two things stand out. First, withdrawals go out only through GCash or Maya, so link one of them even if you deposit by QR or USDT. Second, the deposit range (up to ₱80,000) is wider than the withdrawal range shown per request (up to ₱49,999), so cashing out a large balance can take more than one request.

Before your first deposit: finish account security

Depositing with Maya: the 3% difference
The steps are the same as GCash — choose Maya, pick an amount, submit and approve the payment — but the cashier labels Maya "Cashback 3%". The bonus is automatic and comes with a light turnover of (deposit + bonus) × 1 on slots.

Over a month of ₱1,000 weekly top-ups, Maya would add ₱120 in bonus funds that GCash would not — provided you are happy to play each deposit through slots once.
Which wallet should you use?
If you already use both apps, Maya is the better deposit channel on these terms because of the 3%. GCash QR is handy when you want to pay straight from the GCash app by scanning, but it is deposit-only and earns no bonus. For withdrawals, pick the wallet whose registered name matches your platform account exactly — that matters more than anything else. Switching wallets often adds friction, so many players keep one wallet for both directions.
Withdrawing to GCash or Maya
- Check your turnover. If you claimed a bonus, make sure its requirement is complete — for example ₱20,000 in slot bets after a ₱1,000 first deposit bonus.
- Open the withdrawal page and choose your linked GCash or Maya account.
- Enter an amount between ₱100 and ₱49,999. For a larger balance, split it across several requests.
