Privacy Policy: What 44jl Collects When You Visit or Click a Play Link
44jl (phpbetslots.ph) is an information site. We have no user accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, no comments and no forms, so we never ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details. This policy explains the limited technical data that is still processed when you use the site.
1. Server logs
Like almost every website, our web server records standard request data: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring page, and your browser and device type (user agent). These logs are used to keep the site running, to detect abuse and to fix errors. We do not use them to identify individual visitors.
2. Content delivery network (CDN)
Pages and images may be delivered through a content delivery network for speed and security. The CDN provider processes the same request data (such as IP address and request headers) in order to deliver and protect the site.
3. Cookies
We do not set advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookies set by our site are WordPress essentials, which are normally only used when the site’s administrators log in (for example a test cookie to check cookies are enabled). A normal visit to read our pages does not require you to accept any cookie from us. Third-party sites you go to, including BAY888 and game providers, set their own cookies under their own policies.
4. Play / Login link clicks (affiliate attribution)
Our Play, Login, Sign-up and Claim buttons go to /Login/playnow, which redirects you to our partner platform BAY888. When
you click one, we log click metadata: your IP address, the country derived from it, the time of the click and the page you clicked
from. We use this only to attribute sign-ups to 44jl for affiliate commission and to count which pages send visitors.
- Retention: click logs are kept for 180 days and then deleted.
- No account data: we do not receive your BAY888 username, password, documents, deposits or withdrawals.
5. Data you give to BAY888
Anything you enter after leaving our site — registration details, your GCash or Maya number, deposits, withdrawals, chat messages — is collected by BAY888, not by us. BAY888 has its own privacy policy, which governs that data. Read it on the platform before you register.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Technical data is processed by our hosting and CDN providers to run the site. Click records are used for affiliate attribution as described above. We may disclose data if required by law.
7. Age
This site is intended for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. See our responsible gaming page.
8. Your choices and questions
Because we hold no accounts, the log data above is not linked to your name. You can avoid click logging by not using our Play links. We do not run a support desk; our contact page explains what that means in practice. Questions about data held by BAY888 should go to BAY888’s own support.
9. Changes
If we change how data is handled, we will update this page and its effective date. Related: terms of use and about 44jl.
