Terms of Use: Information, Affiliate Disclosure and 21+ Rules for 44jl
These terms apply to your use of phpbetslots.ph (“44jl”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. An information site, not a gaming operator
44jl publishes guides, game information and news about online slots for players in the Philippines. We do not offer gambling, run games, open accounts, accept deposits or pay winnings. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or professional advice.
2. Affiliate disclosure
44jl is an affiliate of the platform BAY888. Play, Login, Sign-up and Claim buttons link to /Login/playnow, which
redirects to BAY888, and we receive a commission when visitors sign up or play through those links. These links are marked as
sponsored. The commission does not change the facts we publish, and BAY888 does not approve our content.
3. 21+ and eligibility
The site is for adults aged 21 and above. PAGCOR states that gambling is for persons 21 and over and also bars certain groups — including government officials and employees, GOCC employees, AFP and PNP members, and persons on the National Database of Restricted Persons — from playing. Do not use our links if any of these apply to you, or if online gambling is not allowed for you. You are responsible for checking that you may lawfully play. See our responsible gaming page.
4. No guarantees
Slots are games of chance. RTP figures are long-run theoretical averages, and maximum wins are rare ceilings. We do not guarantee any win, return, bonus outcome or payout time, and nothing on the site should be read as a promise that you will win.
5. Accuracy and dates
We take care to publish facts we have checked and state the date of each check. Platform terms, bonuses, limits and game lists can change without notice, and publisher figures may differ from the version of a game running in a particular lobby. Always confirm the current terms on the platform, and the game’s own information screen, before you deposit or play. Information is provided “as is” without warranties.
6. External platforms are responsible for their services
When you follow a link to BAY888, a game provider or any other website, you leave 44jl. Your account, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, identity checks and any disputes are governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy policy, and are its responsibility. We cannot intervene in, reverse or guarantee any transaction. For account issues, see our contact page.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 44jl is not liable for losses arising from gambling, from decisions made using information on this site, from changes to third-party terms, or from the acts or omissions of any external platform.
8. Names, logos and game images
Game names, icons and provider logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the games we describe. The text and layout of 44jl may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
9. Privacy
How we handle server logs, cookies and Play-link click data is set out in our privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Learn more about 44jl.
