Buenas Review Philippines 2026: Licence Check, Games & Payments
Buenas PH runs the "#PagBinuBuenasKaNgaNaman" campaign and works with gaming influencers. We checked the PAGCOR register, the PAGCOR Guarantee site, Buenas' registered domains and recent news. The main site blocked our checks, so this review is mostly a licence and domain check.
Buenas is in the PAGCOR register as the brand of HHR Philippines, Inc. (HPI), on www.buenas.ph plus 13 other registered domains. Its main site blocked our visits, so we could not verify games, payments, bonuses or support. Use only the registered domains. More than a dozen "Buenas" sites are not registered.

Licence check
In the PAGCOR register as of October 8, 2026, row 24 is HHR PHILIPPINES, INC. (HPI). Its brand is Buenas and its main domain is www.buenas.ph. It has 13 additional URLs: buenas.cc, buenas.life, buenas.pro, buenas.asia, buenas.plus, buenas.vip, buenas.site, buenas.bet, buenas.live, buenas.win, buenasgames.ph, buenasfun.ph and buenasplay.ph. Its game offerings are Electronic Casino Games and Numeric Games. Numeric Games is marked with an asterisk, meaning it has not yet started commercial operations. The PAGCOR Guarantee site also lists "Buenas" (www.buenas.ph).
Registered site: www.buenas.ph. When we opened it, a Cloudflare page said "Sorry, you have been blocked". buenas.site, buenas.bet and buenas.cc did the same. buenasgames.ph, buenasfun.ph, buenasplay.ph and buenas.live loaded only an app shell titled "Buenas PH | #PagBinuBuenasKaNgaNaman – Sign Up & Win!". Its description calls Buenas "Fully PAGCOR Accredited! Safe ka dito!". The lobby did not load for us.
What the site offers
We could not see the lobby, providers or promotions, so these are not verified. On January 19, 2026, Context.ph reported that HHR Philippines Inc., through Buenas PH, partnered with gaming influencers, including YGS Live founder Julius Mariano, to steer players away from illegal gambling sites. HHR president Anthony Manguiat is quoted in the same report. Bonus figures on other sites ("up to P555", "200% bonus", "50% first deposit") come from unregistered or third-party pages, and we could not confirm them.
App: our Philippine App Store search found no Buenas casino app. We could not check whether the site offers an Android download.
Payments & withdrawals
Third-party review sites say Buenas accepts GCash and Maya. We could not see the Buenas cashier, so methods, minimums, limits and processing times are all not verified. Before your first deposit, open the cashier on www.buenas.ph. Check that the payee is the operator, and read the withdrawal rules and any bonus lock-in. Our GCash & Maya guide lists what to check.
Red flags / what to verify before depositing
Search results show Buenas-styled sites that are not in the PAGCOR register: buenas.net.ph, bbuenas.com, buenasph.app, buenasph.org, buenas.org.ph, buenas.website, buenasslot.com, adbuenas.org and buenas.click. Some claim to be "#1 PAGCOR Licensed" or promise "GCash withdrawals in 2 minutes". Compare the address bar with the 14 registered domains above.
- Ownership news: Philstar reported on May 2, 2026 that Pacific Online Systems unwound its investment in HHR Philippines. The article describes HHRPI as PAGCOR-licensed and "still in the early operation stage". It also quotes Pacific Online citing "the firm policy adopted by the national government against the licensing of online betting platforms".
- Read the bonus turnover inside your account before you opt in. See our turnover guide.
- We found no PAGCOR advisory naming Buenas in the pagcor.ph news archive titles (checked October 24, 2026).
Alternatives
If you prefer a platform we have checked ourselves, our partner BAY888 is where every 44jl button leads. We read its cashier (GCash, Maya, USDT; deposits from ₱100) and its promotion terms in October 2026. This is an affiliate link and we may earn a commission. We have not verified a PAGCOR licence for BAY888, so apply the same checks.
21+ only. PAGCOR guidance: gambling is for persons 21 years old and above; government officials, GOCC employees, AFP/PNP members and students may not play in licensed gaming. Set limits, never chase losses, and read our responsible gaming page or the PAGCOR responsible gaming page.
Our hands-on check of Buenas: what we actually saw
This Buenas review is built on our own first-hand check, not on copied affiliate text. On October 24, 2026 a 44jl editor opened the Buenas domains below in a phone-size browser, read the public pages and terms, searched the Apple App Store and Google Play, and looked up Buenas in PAGCOR’s register. Our browser connects from outside the Philippines, so some Buenas pages showed us a block screen — we report that as the result instead of filling gaps with claims from look-alike sites.
Buenas check log
| Address we opened | Result | What we found |
|---|---|---|
https://www.buenas.ph/brand site (registered main domain) | 403 | Cloudflare 'Sorry, you have been blocked' for our server and browser. |
https://buenas.site/ , buenas.bet, buenas.cc, buenas.win, buenas.vipregistered | 403 | Cloudflare block (buenas.win/buenas.vip redirect to buenas.ph). |

Addresses are shown as plain text on purpose: we only link to a casino domain when it appears in the PAGCOR register.
