747Live Review Philippines 2026: Licence Check, Games & Payments
747Live (747.live) combines a sportsbook, casino and poker. We read ph.747.live, its terms and two promotion pages, the App Store listing and the PAGCOR register.
747Live is in the PAGCOR register under CD Extreme OPC. Its site states PAGCOR COA No. OPG-24-100, and the operator name matches the register. Its main domain is ph.747.live. The public new-player offer is a ₱250 verification bonus with 5× wagering. Before depositing, read the general terms. We found older wording in them, covered below.

Licence check
In the PAGCOR register as of October 8, 2026, row 6 is CD EXTREME OPC (CD Extreme), brand 747, for Electronic Casino Games, Sports Betting and Online Poker Games. Main domain: ph.747.live. Sub-domains: ph.747live.com, old.747ph.live, login.747ph.live, www.747ph.live, login.747.live. Additional URLs: www.747.live, 747.live, 747ph.live, 747live.com, www.747live.com, raffle.747ph.live, ppl.747ph.live. The PAGCOR Guarantee site lists "747 PH" (www.747ph.live).
The About Us page on ph.747.live says "747.live is operated by CD Extreme OPC, licensed by Pagcor (COA No. OPG-24-100)". That matches the register. The footer carries a 21+ and restricted-persons declaration.
Caveat: when we opened the registered domain www.747live.com, it redirected to www.747live.bet. That domain is not in the register, and its About Us says it is "Licensed and regulated by the Curacao Licensing Authority". For Philippine play, stay on ph.747.live.
What the site offers
The site's partner page lists "Over 50 Sports, 1000+ daily events", live casino with "10+ games and 1000+ tables" and "2000+ slot games and crash games". The navigation also shows tournaments and Maya mini-app versions of the main sections. In April 2026, European Gaming reported that game studio Amusnet entered the Philippine market through 747Live. We did not count the lobby ourselves.
Public offers on ph.747.live (read October 24, 2026):
- Verification bonus: ₱250 (₱125 sports + ₱125 casino) if you verify within 24 hours, or ₱150 if you verify later. Both parts must be wagered 5×, maximum payout 100%, valid 5 days.
- Deposit bonus: free spins and free bets on your first three deposits, scaled by amount. Free spins are worth ₱1 each and are played on Gates of Olympus. Valid 5 days. The page lists no peso tiers.
- The affiliate page advertises "Welcome Bonus 1500 PHP + 300 Free Spins". We found no player-facing terms for that figure.
App: the iOS app "747.live" is published by CD EXTREME OPC in the Philippine App Store. On Android, the site's "Get it on Google Play" badge downloads an APK file directly (we did not install it). A Play Store listing named "747 Live" is from "CVB Brandschutz GmbH", not the operator.
Payments & withdrawals
The page code of ph.747.live handles the GCash cashier (payments.gcash.com), and the site has Maya mini-app sections. The general terms say methods depend on country and currency, and that the account name must match the card or bank account. We found no public minimum deposit or withdrawal amount (not verified). Clause 29.10 says that before your first payout you must bet at least 100% of your deposit. Our GCash & Maya guide covers name-match rules.
Red flags / what to verify before depositing
The general terms on ph.747.live still say disputes are subject to the laws of Curacao (11.6). They say bets are accepted in EUR and USD (24.1), and that player funds are not held in segregated bank accounts (11.13). These lines conflict with the site's PAGCOR licence statement. Ask support which terms apply before you deposit.
- Look-alikes such as 747live.com.ph, www747ph.com, 747live.org, 747live.gg and 747live.one are not in the register.
- Android installs are APK-only; each ₱125 bonus part needs ₱625 in bets (see our turnover guide).
- We found no PAGCOR advisory naming 747Live in the pagcor.ph news archive titles (checked October 24, 2026).
Alternatives
If you prefer a platform we have checked ourselves, our partner BAY888 is where every 44jl button leads. We read its cashier (GCash, Maya, USDT; deposits from ₱100) and its promotion terms in October 2026. This is an affiliate link and we may earn a commission. We have not verified a PAGCOR licence for BAY888, so apply the same checks.
21+ only. PAGCOR guidance: gambling is for persons 21 years old and above; government officials, GOCC employees, AFP/PNP members and students may not play in licensed gaming. Set limits, never chase losses, and read our responsible gaming page or the PAGCOR responsible gaming page.
Our hands-on check of 747Live: what we actually saw
This 747Live review is built on our own first-hand check, not on copied affiliate text. On October 24, 2026 a 44jl editor opened the 747Live domains below in a phone-size browser, read the public pages and terms, searched the Apple App Store and Google Play, and looked up 747Live in PAGCOR’s register. Our browser connects from outside the Philippines, so some 747Live pages showed us a block screen — we report that as the result instead of filling gaps with claims from look-alike sites.
